when would a booking be required?
You will find most items available via our website, and advice using the web shop for orders no matter the requirements. You will find all products available including seating plans and bundle savers.
A booking can be secured on larger orders exceeding an order value of £400. We ask that you only book if one of the desired items is inclusive of a seating plan.

Yes, it is a minimum spend of £400 to book. Please order via the web shop should this not suit your order requirements

No, seating plans are available via our website shop under ‘seating plans’ they can be purchased individually, or part of a bundle saver set

We will contact you 8 weeks prior to wedding to finalise your order. We will need details such as items required, colours and styles.

wording details need providing 4 weeks prior to wedding - latest. any later then this could result in a rush order fee of £50.

We are able to move bookings should a change of date be required. Please contact us to arrange this.
