our production turn around ranges from 1-4 weeks. larger orders that include multiple items will most likely take longer. with smaller orders such as guestbooks being shorter. we do however recommend you allow the full 4 week turn around time as we are busier at curtain times of year. you can view the current turn around in the order details.

Orders take up to 4 weeks from the date ordered + delivery time.

UK shipping turn arounds range from 1-5 days outside the UK 5-10 days, you can choose either standard or express shipping at the checkout.

We aim to send design proofs no later than 3 weeks into the order process if not sooner.

We do ask that our designs are replied to within 2 days this is to keep your order on time.

We will not send signs without being proofed prior to being made.

When ordering please choose your most preferred font preferences.

When you receive your design should this not be to your taste. You can receive another round of alterations to fonts and layouts. any additional after this time will require a design cost update. this will be quoted based on order size.

If you are not sure on colours we 100% recommend ordering samples to see the colours in person first. you can order samples here. we do aim to ship samples within a week of ordering.

if you contact us within 48hours we can cancel your order. After this time your materials will be ordered and wont be able to offer cancelation based on this.

as the busy periods hit time to time orders may be late. We would aim to give you plenty of notice of this should this arise. If you order is late arriving with the courier we use a fully tracked service to see any live updates should there be delays.

while we aim to have orders to you within the turn around + delivery time advertised. we do recommend ordering in plenty of time. at least 2 months prior to required date.
