the easy 4 step way to order YOUR PERFECT SIGNAGE

below you will find helpful advice and guidence for each stage of the ordering process

step one

visit the shop section of our website and add your desired items to your basket. why not visit the bestsellers section for inspiration.

our production turn around ranges from 1-4 weeks. larger orders that include multiple items will most likely taking longer. With smaller orders such as guestbooks being shorter. you can view current turn arounds in the order details.
we need to receive order details such as guest names within 48 hours of purchasing. we can offer amendments if there should be updates such as guests who cant make it.
we recommend spreading your orders. our clients will buy items in advance such as guestbooks and welcome signs. then order items such as seating plans closer to the day.

step two

personalise your items in the drop down options. you can view designs and colours in the listing photos.

you can view colours options in the listing photos. you can also find examples of colours in the lookbook section of our website. we recommend ordering samples first to make sure the colours are perfect for your day, you can find samples in the shop.
you can view design options in the listing photos. we will send design templates for proofing for your selections for personalised items.
we have a selection of sizes for many of our items. you can see size guide examples in both the photo examples and listing details.

step three

we will contact you via email to confirm your designs.

we will contact you via email to confirm your designs and colour choices. once confirmed your order is sent to production and materials ordered. we are unable to make updates to designs and colours once confirmed.
once ordered we will contact you with designs for proofing. you have 3 rounds of complimentary alterations. after this it could require a design charge. once proofed we will send your order to production, please be 100% sure of the design before confirming. checking spellings, colours etc.

step four

we will arrange your order in the turn around specified at the time of ordering.

our production turn around ranges from 1-4 weeks. please allow this time for your order to arrive.
we offer both standard and express shipping options. please consider the correct turn around for your order. we do not take responsibility for late deliveries due to parcel courier turn arounds.
