THE CUSTOMISING PROCESS

• View both the colour and font chart in the listing photos

• Choose your customised colours and fonts in the drop down options

• A design proof will be emailed to you before the sign is made to ensure you are completely happy with final design. This is usually 1-2 weeks prior to shipment.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ORDERING

• you MUST provide your wording details at the point of ordering.

• You can do this either in the ‘custom wording ‘ box at the checkout,

  or you can email the wording to us to info@rosesignageco.co.uk

• If emailing the information please insure the details are in a

  ‘copy and paste ‘format Example a Word or Excel document

• We MUST receive the details within 48hrs if not provided in this time it could mean the order being cancelled.
